Possible Causes:

  • Expired login session

  • Incorrect URL

  • Using an old browser tab after logout

Solutions:

  • Log out and log back in

  • Access the platform directly from https://app.mapmycrop.com

  • Clear browser cache and cookies

  • Use updated versions of Chrome, Edge, or Safari
